Roskilde's best baker.! Always good baked goods: Bread, Breakfast bread, pastries, cream cakes, rum balls. Of course also makes christening cake, wedding cake and birthday cake etc. All in all, a good old fashioned baker. Super friendly, fast and professional service. Now also old-fashioned Mardi Gras buns and three-grain bread. Debakes are a bit fluctuating. Usually ok. Some trends for overbaking. Today, however, definitely under baked.

13/02/2024: The food is super delicious, everything is fresh, first class, I recommend it to everyone.
01/02/2024: An excellent eatery. We have been there a few times and there is always a nice selection. Delicious and just right. Expect that there may well be many people and therefore also many people taking sushi from the conveyor belt. In terms of price, it is acceptable and we have not lacked service. We would love to come again.

14/11/2023: Delicious food as always, nothing is missing. Good premises, with good space and pleasant light. In addition, the staff are nice, friendly young people who quickly clear away used crockery. Nice experience. I like to recommend people to eat at Ilden
