Bone's Sønderborg

We had a really good experience at Bones. The staff were very nice and accommodating, and when I noticed that there had been a mistake with our order, it was immediately rectified. We felt welcome and well treated, and will definitely come again.

In relation to the price, the food must get 5 stars. The kids love it. A shame that you are told now you have to go, there are others who will have the table. Now I'm not so keen on that. The atmosphere is cozy and very child-friendly

The staff along with the food choices and taste made the night one memorable. The prices are ok to high but it is worth it.

The food is good. You can get free refills on fries, but they are slow to bring them.

The steak was good, corn on the cob is served without the sticks to hold it in, so you have to sit and fatten with them - the waiter says they have been discontinued, I think that is completely wrong. Soda without fizz is replaced by new soda without fizz. Under our table there are several meters of wire for the fine lighting in the window - both husband and child were about to fall into it - why don't you tape it up so it's off the floor. The price was high enough for what we got. I can accept DKK 49 for a small soft drink and DKK 59 for a large one at a restaurant, but then it shouldn't be without soft drinks, overall we're probably done eating at Bones when you look at price and quality.

Fin velkomst, men herfra gik det ned ad bakke. Ok mad, men blev serveret med mangler. Det var ganske umuligt at fange personalets opmærksomhed (ganske få gæster), så direkte personlig henvendelse ved kassen var nødvendig. Det samme gjorde sig gældende da der senere skulle suppleres op med tilbehør. Service fra måltidet blev ikke afhentet før endnu en direkte henvendelse i kassen, denne gang for at få desserten. Alt i alt en dyr og dårlig oplevelse.
