Very traditional and cozy wateringhole. This is what is called a "brown tavern" in Denmark. These places went out of style, and out of business in the last 30-40 years. Lately, those that remained has gotten a new appraisal, and popularity. This place is very traditional in its decor. Pool is awailable. Beer is much cheaper than in central copenhagen (40 kr for a pint. About €4.5 or 5USD). A bottle from €2-3) Mostly catering to the local and diverse population, but everybody are wellcome. Be advised, smoking is allowed.

20/02/2024: Izumi in Denmark totally blew us away – it's definitely a five-star gem! The pork chop was a delightful surprise, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. And let's not forget the ad libitum sushi – endless rolls of pure deliciousness! The staff were super friendly, making us feel right at home. The vibe was relaxed, perfect for a laid-back meal. Overall, Izumi nailed it with their mouthwatering food and awesome service. If you're in Denmark and craving some top-notch sushi, Izumi is the spot to hit up – five stars without a doubt!
28/01/2024: We were in Copenhagen and at Izumi for a birthday party. Food, service and ambience were good to very good. The staff (and the robot 😁) were very friendly and uncomplicated. Gladly again ..
