Chubby Boys Barbecue Hillerød

The biggest recommendations from here! Absolutely excellent!! We had hired Chubbys for a big 2x 40th birthday party, which we held as a garden party in the summer of August 2023 (It was the summer when it just rained - and it certainly did that day/evening - but it was by no means a problem). We had ordered 60 place settings from the BBQ menu, where we picked the following dishes ourselves from the list of options: BBQ Ribs, Veal Ribs, Pit-Grilled Chicken, Pulled Pork with Red Sauce, Jalapeno and Cheddar Grill Medister, Coleslaw, Melon Salad, Corn on the Cob, Warm potato salad with onion, bread basket with butter and Chubby's BBQ sauce. In general, it was difficult to choose from the large selection - it's all something you would like to eat!! But we were happy with the menu that we were put together. The food was super delicious - it tasted like real American barbecue! We had guests who themselves have ancestry from the Americans who said it was really authentic and like being at home in the states! The response from the guests was generally overwhelming and very positive: meat and side dishes tasted fantastic - and even the vegetarians ate meat that day! (You can't get higher praise, can you?!). As hosts, we completely agreed! As hosts at the party, we did not want to be responsible for too much of the work around the food, so to avoid this we chose Mobil Catering. Patrick and a mate came and managed it all - this played really well!! They had tables/tents and roof clothes - and arranged everything around the food and served the meat from the hot smoker grill (trailer size!!) which was by the road! When the serving was over, they packed up the leftovers - so they were ready to put in the fridge when they left the party (that way there was a good amount of food - and also enough to take out in the following days). We can definitely recommend using Chubbys for the next time you have a (big) party! And if you choose mobile catering, it is an extra cool gimmick that they line up with the really big smoker! :)

Nothing short of amazing! .. I can only recommend Patrick .. Everything was top class... And the food comes in American potions :P ..
