A fantastic time smørrebrød for lunch. A fish fillet pan-fried just as it should be. The biggest shrimp meal I've had in many years and a perfect potato meal. Homemade bread, mayonnaise and remoulade. Finally, coffee and a couple of well-poured cognacs. Last but not least, an innkeeper with time for his guests. If we didn't live in Ringsted, it was a place we would come often.
