Delicious buffet, the price is reasonable for Denmark, friendly service and a beautiful view of the North Sea, would be happy again!

The owner and the staff are very friendly, helpful and won't let you starve 😁 We arrived a little late on Saturday and the supermarkets were closed. The Kro Restaurant was the only one still open. There was a buffet and since my wife stayed in the holiday home with our little son because we had a long drive, we wanted to get something to eat. There was nothing a la carte, but the owner made us fish and chips anyway. It tasted wonderful and the quality was great. Thank you for your spontaneous and great hospitality. On Friday we're coming for burgers.

What can I say, our reference every time we return to Rømø, and now there are several times over the years. Nice rooms, in fact this time they gave us a wonderful apartment on the west side, tasty dinners and abundant dishes, certainly the menu as classic in Denmark does not have many variations, but with the courtesy of the waiters and the friendly owner the meat, delicious, made me happy. 'they cooked as requested. Super complete breakfast for both sweet and savory, with lots of things. And finally, at least in the former bar room, no problem for our dog, unlike many other places in Denmark, elsewhere we are often chased out to dine in the cold outdoors... One of our favorite places in all of Europe.

We visited the restaurant several times during a vacation, but we were not hotel guests. The food was always extremely tasty and, by Danish standards, downright inexpensive.

Certainly one of the best restaurants on the island. The burgers are delicious, the steaks also look great, the staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are typical for the area. Of the places we tried on the island, this was our best meal.

I can't say anything about the hotel as we were only here to eat. More on this further down in the post.
