Really surprisingly good Carbonara

Was there with my girlfriend, she says she has had some lovely experiences with food, service and atmosphere. But I have to say that the food we got was nothing to write home about. I also ordered a glass of white wine, it was such a sweet wine that I was convinced it was dessert wine. So all in all, not a super good experience, but I've been told it's not like that every time
