Pipers Hus Roskilde

The restaurant is beautifully located in the park and with a beautiful view of the fjord. The food is fine, the service is welcoming. The scalding hot tea water was served in a thermos. Practical but without charm. In addition, it was overfilled with us, so the hot water splashed out when we opened the jug. Fortunately without consequences. Otherwise, it was a nice brunch we ate. Highly recommended for a romantic brunch.

We held a party for 13 of our friends with lunch and subsequent coffee. We received very nice and friendly service, and even though we had not ordered the food in advance, the menu was quickly served. D'er's lunch platters were really good and with plenty of food. Like the lunch dishes were of high quality. Coffee and cake were enjoyed outside, with a view of the Roskilde fjord, the tap, and the beautiful city park. The prices were absolutely reasonable and we will definitely be back

Pipers Hus generally has a lot to offer. It is a cozy restaurant with certain caveats. Book a table, so make sure you book one with a view over the park and the water. When we were there we were placed in the inner part of the restaurant without a view. It was a bit tame when we had other things in mind. Having said that, they make some delicious food and cake. It can definitely be recommended. We received sweet and polite service, but would recommend that all employees are up-to-date on the place's specialties (e.g. beer of the month). The place has some outdoor plastic cubes that can hold approx. 8 to 10 people for dining. They cost a little extra to access, but it's a nice view and a cozy environment if you're up for it. Overall a good experience. We may come back another time.

Nice location in a park near the harbour. We had brunch which was okay. Friendly service with plenty of coffee refills.
