Really delicious food! I would definitely recommend the place. However, you have to have a little patience, as they are not completely fluent in Danish. But the food is amazing!

MILL SHAWARMA -> DO IT AGAIN! Completely superb food on all parameters. Show of power. Rises above all 10 shawarma/kebab shops in Holbæk - and that's not so little. Everything from the first bite to service gives the customer the feeling of luxurious catering. The taste can be conveyed by building blocks in a shawarma, which I rarely see. Homemade hummus, and a well-thought-out composition of the crunchy and soft delivers a taste that is almost heavenly. The owner, down from Mølle Shawarma, roasts the shawarma. It's unheard of. Unbelievably good. As a customer, you are taken through a world, a world where all the basic flavors (and much more) in the shawarma are selected and processed. I will not reveal more - you must (and must) experience it yourself.

Fantastic new delicious shawarma and falafel place in Holbæk. Everything you need in a real kebab with hummus, pickles, delicious meat or homemade falafel. Yummy yum and yum. Then you don't have to go to Copenhagen or Berlin to get a proper roll anymore!!
