Steenbergs Hotel & Brasserie Morsø

The hotel is super centrally located on the square and down towards the waterfront. The hotel is the former warehouse from 1850 and carefully rebuilt with respect for the original architecture with large exposed beams and small windows. There was even Check in with a code at both the front door and the room door. This worked fine and we didn't have to carry around keys. In the evening, the hotel had a "trust bar" with self-service. It worked fine and the bar was cozy located in a good setting. The breakfast was fantastic with local delicacies and produce. The staff super super nice Next time we come to town we will definitely stay in the same place.

Too bad the restaurant is closed.

City center. Peace and quiet in winter, probably a few more tourists in summer. Breakfast was good, although the selection was rather minimalist. Very low ceilings. You have to watch your head. The bed was large and comfortable. The room is average in size but ok. Desk, TV, table, armchair. Hair dryer and electric kettle. Thin walls and ceilings. You can hear what people are doing in their rooms. In the bathroom there is a shower behind a curtain. Atmospheric hotel. You may like it, but those looking for modernity probably won't like it. Code entry. Lots of public parking available around.

My head need to remember that it is very low roof hotel. It is however cozy and quite good breakfast. Place is near the port so nice location.
