ÅBEN Aarhus Aarhus

Super cozy bar with a large selection of beers.

Super friendly staff. Incredible beers, special mention for the guava beer. Well done!

Nice craft beers and the interior of the bar is so good to sit and play board/card games

ÅBEN - one of Aarhus' 7 wonders🍺 Tobias Rahim sings about "the last one" Anne Linnet sings about "Vestergade" I wouldn't be surprised if the next big summer hit is based around ÅBEN! If you're tired of your palate being dry, and appreciate refreshing beers that tickle when you taste them🤩 Then ÅBEN might be for you!

Perfect for taking some rest while drinking beer after sightseeing

Åben Århus is one of those places you always come back to. The atmosphere is relaxed, the beer is top-notch, and there is a genuine geeky love for good craftsmanship. The selection changes constantly, and you almost always discover something new and exciting on tap. 🍻 It also says something that Lucas Ørskov has practically made the place his second home. He reportedly drinks many jugs in there – and it's not without reason. Lucas brews his own beer and has even won silver at the Danish Home Brewing Championship, so when he approves of the level, you know the quality is high. 🍺🥈 A small practical note at the end: Remember to bring your own mug. It's part of the charm – and then you're ready for another good round.
