28/09/2024: Fantastisk godt sted. Meget velsmagende mad, med stor kreativitet. Virkeligt højt niveau. Super god og nærværende service. Lille restaurant med ikke mange borde. God behagelig stemning. Gemt perle, som mange flere burde tale om.

14/09/2024: Amazing experience. Everything well thought through and food and wine was amazing together and interesting. You can tell there has been a huge effort in creating a unique experience. Flavours were great and also testing my palette and in a positive way. I would definitely recommend this small hidden gem for anyone who appreciates great wine and food well thought through. Also staff was very welcoming and service oriented. We never felt left alone and the waiter clearly had much experience in making us feel comfortable and taken care off. Also the scenery with a very big kitchen to overlook was very interesting. All in all an experience to remember and a place where you clearly could feel the passion for the customers experience. They deserve not only the Michelin green star, but also the red one :-).

20/09/2024: Delicious Burger and just as tasty fries on the side. It’s not just the normal burger and the fries were seasoned with thyme or something- extra yummy.

10/09/2024: Best burger I had in Denmark! 🍔 We tried the O.G. & the Smokey Joe, and we have not been dissapointed, quite the opposite actually. Veggies were fresh, the sauce was delicious and the beef was so well-done! Hat off! The fries were also very good, and in a surprisingly big portion, as well as the dips. Strongly recommend the chilli mayo. Also, if you are extra hungry, make sure to get a snack box as well, as you will definitely not regret it! 😋 Location is not too big, and a bit dark, but quite a nice ambiance if that's what you're going for. The staff was very friendly, smiling & helpful, so make sure you spoil yourself with a delicious burger at Flip the Burger, if you are in Kolding! Highly recommend it! ✨️

29/09/2024: Amazing Pan African food! We loved the Somalian flat bread and the peanut vegan chilli (we had the 10 servings tasting menu). Good price for Copenhagen. The waitress and the waiter were super nice and found us a table even if we did not book in advance.

27/09/2024: Delicious food and drink. Was quite full. Shared Bajiya for starter with a strong green chilli sauce as well as chachumbari which was lovely fresh. Sugaar for main course - good taste. They do not serve alcohol, but there is plenty of other selections, including their spiced tea.

22/09/2024: Always nice to visit this place. The food is super delicious and you are full when you have eaten your portion. This was our 3rd time in approx. 8 years. When we're in these parts, we just have to stop by here, for grandma's gravy and delicious meat. Thanks again for good service and super delicious food.

05/10/2024: I had an amazing experience here! The food quality is great, and they take the time to explain each dish and do regular checks to ensure everything is perfect. They also have a fantastic selection of unique whisky and Scotch. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return the next time I'm in Copenhagen.

01/09/2024: Great restaurant which is so obviously a labour of love. From the moment you walk through the door you're looked after by Mads and Karsten - 2 Norwegians who are the chefs, owners and waiters of the restaurant. The tasting menu (you just choose what you want from the main menu) is definitely recommended and the team will guide you through your choices and pair it with wines and stories with each course They treat you as friends and regale you with stories of how they started up and made it through Covid. An exceptional all round experience

29/09/2024: Best Tuna Pizza I have ever had!

29/09/2024: The most delicious pizza I've ever had. My son had the margherita pizza and I had the quattro formaggi. Both were excellent. The crust was thin and crispy as expected, but the sauce was what surprised me. This was the first pizza that I ate on which the sauce was the best part. My son and I loved it so much that we also ate there again on our last night in Copenhagen. I'll be back.

27/09/2024: Price performance can be improved Unfortunately, I find it very difficult to classify this restaurant correctly. Regarding Denmark, unfortunately I don't have a proper price reference to properly categorize this establishment. In my opinion, the price is in the higher range when transitioning to a gourmet restaurant. If I were to rate it according to gourmet standards, I would give it one or two stars. Three stars in the upper range. When the price is high, I usually have high expectations. 𝐊𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐤: 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 The staff was very friendly and attentive, even when greeting us. Everything seemed very professional with a few little things like a missing napkin when opening the wine or a small fly in the already opened wine. Frequently changing service staff makes perfect sense when serving, but it also destroys the personal connection a bit. Glasses and cutlery that were once on the table should be cleaned again and should not go straight into a cupboard to presumably be used again. 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞 The ambience seemed harmonious and the view was absolutely worth it 𝐆𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐤 From a technical point of view, the place setting was not perfectly prepared, the knife was also not suitable for fish and risotto and, to be honest, not suitable for meat either, as it has a sawtooth blade. 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐕𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐞 The consistency of the rillettes was nice and fibrous but almost a little too dry, especially in combination with the brioche. However, the jam emphasized very well with a slight sweetness. I would have liked the mayonnaise to have been made in a different, unusual consistency, for example as foam, as well as the cucumber. The “salad” was simply too large microgreens, which were also used in the main course. 𝐇𝐚𝐮𝐩𝐭𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐠 The fish was a little overcooked and way too oily. Unfortunately, the skin wasn't crispy enough in places and was cut, which resulted in even more frying oil ending up in the fish. If you look at the pictures, you can see a very thick layer of oil on the soy-ginger sauce, which seemed to come from the fish in terms of taste. The sauce tasted strongly of soy but unfortunately little of ginger. The rice was good in consistency but the taste of the cheese was too strong. Some cheese flakes would have been nice or a ginger reduction. The dish lacked a bit of textural crunch and seemed generally unbalanced. 𝐍𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐞 A very strong taste of raspberries in a good combination with the foam and meringue. There was a bit of a lack of freshness here as a counterpoint to the strong raspberries. Overall the food was good but it lacked a certain finesse and depth even if the raw materials used were of good quality. 𝐅𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐭 All in all it was a nice evening with nice service but for me the dishes weren't up to par with the price. It would have been desirable to have a la carte or a menu that was at a technically higher level, as long as the price was taken into account. More focus on the ingredients and the dishes outweighs a lot of service staff for presentation. The juice accompaniment was simply far too expensive compared to gourmet restaurants.

01/09/2024: Very tasty food in a very nice and quiet atmosphere. The quality of the food served was above expectations and the staff was also very friendly. Highly recommended for the gourmet.

09/10/2024: I've been going here once every year for 3 years. Since then it has always tasted good. Unfortunately, the pizza I had eaten from previous years was taken off the menu. Upon request, this pizza was made especially for me. Service was also very nice. Everything perfect
