Hard to find accommodation on Anholt with private bathroom. So the prices are way above the level elsewhere and you don't get much for your money. Pretty basic for what you pay for 4 stars in the center of Aarhus. But that's the level here on the island.

A well-deserved rest after a long trip, with delicious fish fritters and a good glass of beer, on the terrace. And a nostalgic reunion with the inn. Friendly service.

Cozy and nicely located inn in beautiful Anholt. Pleasant outdoor area with roof for rainy days. Large garden outside. The inn's location is a great starting point for exploring the island on foot and by bike. The staff were very nice. Delicious breakfast with freshly baked rolls and tea and coffee from large mugs ☺️ We tried two different rooms, and both were spacious and bright.

23/12/2025: Good atmosphere, delicious food, nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Super massage by Bendix.
20/12/2025: Lovely hotel with lovely staff and fantastic food, unfortunately the rooms show signs of neglect with paint flakes hanging from the ceiling and baseboards, ceiling lights that don't work and the refrigerator taken out of the cupboard where it should be and both are just worn out.

Glesborg Torvets Pizza og Grill

16/09/2025: The pizzas were a dream! I've rarely eaten such a delicious pizza. The bases were perfectly baked and the toppings were very generous. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. One small drawback: in Denmark, which is very cashless, cashless payment is unfortunately only possible via MobilePay, which is not available to foreign tourists. However, since the customers are certainly predominantly Danish, this is perfectly acceptable to us and won't deduct any points for it. So, to the non-Danish tourists: don't forget your cash! 😉 We don't understand why this pizzeria only has 3.8 stars here. It definitely deserves a 5 out of 5.
