The tasting menu is one of the most delicious meals I've ever had: almost impossible to pick a favourite out of the 10 petits plats, but I think the aubergine, artichoke in parmesan, and the mousse dessert were my absolute top 3. Oh, and also the octopus. And the whitefish. And the sashimi. Yes, it's fusion. Yes, your senses will be tingled, and your mind will be blown. Food as art in the finest possible way. A total delight, and the true hidden gem of Aarhus! If you go, don't forget to say hello to the thoroughly charming Malus as well. In fact, not if: when. You simply must go there. Go now!
