I don't know what else to say except Uuuummmmmnnnn, sluuurp.
I've only tasted their seafood buffet, but it's one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth.

Fantastic and delicious seafood buffet.
It is highly recommended.
At the same time, the waiters were friendly and constantly, attentive to serving the tables.
Thanks to the staff for a really good evening.
This is definitely not the last time I come to Arken.

The seafood buffet is a unique experience.
There is a long queue outside the restaurant even though everyone has booked a table, it is probably because there are many who think that the restaurant is a unique experience.
The food is not fancy, but it is good quality and there is a lot to choose from.
The drinks are not fancy, but they work well to wash down the seafood and get you in a good mood.
The design of the place is not fancy, but it is clean and the quirky design helps to make the experience unique.
I have not tried anything like it in Denmark. And if I get the need to eat seafood again until I am ashamed, I will come again.

We visited the Arken seafood buffet, and to start with the positives: everything we tried was fresh and of really good quality.
We already knew beforehand that the lobster was limited to half a lobster per person, which was fair enough. What surprised me more was that the blini with caviar was also limited to one tiny blini with only a very small amount of caviar.
The biggest downside was the queues. For an all-you-can-eat buffet, I didn’t expect to spend so much time waiting. The oyster station was the biggest example. You’re limited to three oysters per visit, which is completely fine, but every oyster is opened on the spot instead of having a batch ready. Since almost everyone wants oysters, it creates a constant queue. I understand they want to serve them fresh, but having some prepared before opening would have made the experience much smoother.
The layout of the buffet also meant that if you wanted something near the oyster station, you often ended up standing in the same queue, even if you weren’t there just for oysters. There was also a slight feeling of being watched whenever you went for items like oysters.
Overall, the selection and quality were excellent, but the flow of the buffet could be much better. I left impressed by the food, but a little frustrated by how much of the limited 2 hours was spent waiting.
