Asgers Fisk Kalundborg

Originally gave a less good review, Due to good communication with Asger who was very professional and service oriented. The review is based on the quality of the food, which cannot be compared to anything else in the area.

After my first not so successful visit, Asger gave me the opportunity to try what their Pizza Ad libitum experience should have been like, and it is definitely much better! The first time I spent 1.5 hours to be served 7 slices of pizza one by one with up to 20 minutes in between each. With the new concept, you end up getting one variant as a whole pizza, or 2 variants as two half pizzas. You can even choose which pizzas you would like to avoid. You couldn't do that before. This time it only took just over 30 minutes from ordering to being served 4 half pizzas with 4 variants. Some according to your wishes and others just randomly from the menu. Madden, as always, there was nothing to complain about! Super good pizzas and super good dips for the crusts! Services were more or less only in English. Not a problem for me, and it only added a little to the charm in my opinion. The atmosphere also seemed better in general, both for guests, kitchen and other staff. Conclusion. With the new concept, the food is faster, you can choose the varieties you want, and it puts less pressure on the staff in general. It seems that there are more tables available, as they become vacant faster. Great experience, and I will definitely return to Asgers Bar with family and friends!!

We had been on a trip to Røsnæs and had become hungry during the evening. We drove past asger's bar as we had heard good things about it. It must be said that it lived up to its hype. Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and for cheap money. Not at all the last time we take the trip past "Kalundborg's hidden pearl"
