What to do on a rainy Monday - we had a wonderful experience at B-Spishuset in Karrebæksminde, a lovely starter in the form of oysters, the main course was a hake with new potatoes and vegetables, and a crazy good sauce, the dessert was 3 types of cheese, which I didn't get to take a picture of, but they were also really good, so all in all a super good experience and not to forget the service from the kitchen and Flemming, who made sure we got the perfect wine for the food 😊

Lovely white asparagus, fantastic pike perch with lovely side dishes. Sweet chef and lovely waiter. Lovely with authenticity, sweet with a key to a clean toilet. Price in good agreement with the food experience. Will come again

Outstanding local restaurant with exceptional cuisine focusing on fish, oysters and shellfish and then a Ribeye "to the edge". Fantastic all the way through ♥️💯. Definitely worth a detour, which is the original meaning of a star in Michelin. I can't wait to come back 🥰
