The sandwich can undoubtedly be described as one of the most exciting and different things you can get. It is not a classic sandwich, but a unique taste experience with clear Vietnamese inspirations. The combination of ingredients works really well, and the quality of the raw materials is clear. The food clearly deserves 5 out of 5. The service was good and efficient, without being anything special out of the ordinary. The staff was friendly, and the order was quick. The atmosphere was relatively simple and neutral. It is not a place where you sit for a long time and eat, but more of a place that is well suited for takeaway. All in all, a place that delivers a really strong food experience, where the sandwich is clearly in focus.

I needed a last decent meal for my weekend stay in Aarhus and I'm very happy I chose Bahn Mi Bandits. After having overeaten at Aarhus Streetfood last night I needed something light but still tasty, and ended up with the veggie Bandit Bowl and a mango fruit drink on the side. My order was ready after a mere five minutes, which was way beyond my expectations do huge shout-out to Theo who served me. He also offered me to sample various hot sauces, and had a super friendly and welcoming vibe. 10/10 will definitely come back if I'm ever in Aarhus again.
