Bardok Aarhus

He estado en Bardok antes, y regresé como parte de una despedida de soltero donde una vez más recibí una gran comida. La selección es amplia y diversa, pero el carpaccio del caballo en particular era excelente. También tuvimos encantador hummus y labneh y pan para sumergirse. El vino era interesante y sabroso, y tuvimos un servicio de alta calidad.

Dejlig mad og stemning. Maden er anderledes, hvilket giver en spændende madoplevelse. Der er dejlig stemning, men restauranten er tætpakket, så man skal være opmærksom på, at akustikken ikke er fantastisk. Vores mad smagte super lækkert (prisen er også høj).

Bardok is very much a, get in the spirit of the restaurant kinda place. The wine list is fanciful, the vodka list adventurous. The food and descriptions capture the same spirit." fat, sour fish, very vodka friendly" is just one dish.. which sums the place up. Book a babysitter, enjoy the fantastic dumplings,the homemade pickles ( which pairs perfectly with the bountiful vodka) and a glass of not so mainstream wine.
