Bardok is very much a, get in the spirit of the restaurant kinda place. The wine list is fanciful, the vodka list adventurous. The food and descriptions capture the same spirit." fat, sour fish, very vodka friendly" is just one dish.. which sums the place up.
Book a babysitter, enjoy the fantastic dumplings,the homemade pickles ( which pairs perfectly with the bountiful vodka) and a glass of not so mainstream wine.

Great food, people, and vibe for trying dishes that are not typically found in Denmark. The place is quaint and small, with an open kitchen so it can get a bit smoky at times.

Fantastically good food from a rustic fusion cuisine with elements from Eastern Europe, the Middle East and France. The only thing better than the food is the wine. Bardok serves a sumptuous selection of excellent wines served with expert guidance.
I can recommend Bardok in every way, the price for food and wine is very modest compared to the quality they deliver.

En hyggelig aften med lækkert mad.
Maden er smækfyldt med smag og de har et meget varieret menukort med både velkendte og ukendte retter.
Men… menukort på nettet svarer ikke til det, vi fik stukket i hånden og portionerne er små og DYRE.
En tallerken med en håndfuld cherrytomater, løg, urter og agurk koster 115.
En hovedret; Shashlick gris på gaflen - på fladbrød, var lækkert lækkert grillet svinekød ( 1 spyd) med et lille stykke syltet hvidkål og et fladbrød: 180 kr.
Noget der virkeligt shinede var Khinkali dumplings. 2 stk til 95,- . Store, saftige dumplings med svinekød og suppe indeni. Totalt value for money.
Det samme var de friturestegte grøntsager. Blomkål og broccoli, blancheret, vendt i maizena og krydderier og en tur i frituren. De var vanedannede.
Alt i alt. Maden var lækker, men portionerne små og alt for dyre.

Amazing food experience, totally new level of taste of familiar dishes, even quite unexpected. Everything, from starters to the dessert (madeleines) was just awesome.

A slightly unconventional but stunning restaurant! There are dishes from different cuisines (Italian, Oriental,...). We had agniolotti, which you can't get any better in Italy, and falafel - the best I've ever had. It is recommended to traditionally drink a schnapps before eating and eat pickle (pickle, if necessary with a little fat) with it. In our opinion it is not necessary. The wines served were excellent. Unfortunately, the coffee is really filter coffee, not espresso, so it is recommended to a limited extent. Nonetheless a stunning experience, we would come back.
