Excellent little place. Knowledgeable service that had time to talk and makes drinks that are both exciting and good. After a poor experience at restaurant Köd, it was really good to come to a place where the price was reasonable, the service was competent and the drinks were of high quality.

If you are looking for absolute pampering, this is it. Small place with a big soul. World-class cocktails made according to the craftsmanship of the master. Nothing to complain about. A delight for the body. See you again soon. Ciao

A must try. This is the bar you start at. You get a fantastic tasting experience on any cocktail you choose. They are all carefully selected, tasty and all are tasted. I went with my 2 grown children, we came from a great closing concert with Blæst. So we just had to put an end to an already fantastic evening. We didn't order from the menu. We ordered 3 drinks (very different), with the words, a surprise with max. one object (I'll drive later, +40, yellow w/large ice cube), a beginner who is not crazy about the taste of alcohol, but otherwise loves taste (+18, red) and the last one a surprise with action in it (+20, green/crushed ice). We all got a good cocktail that suited each of us. Forgot to take a picture before we had finished drinking. But you start by getting an ice-cold glass of water with ice on a black drink coaster with a white molecule of alcohol to clean/wash your mouth. The place is from 2009 and the owner Joachim is absolutely fantastic (so are his employees). He tells you, like a reviewer, what's in the cocktail when it arrives, so you really look forward to tasting it even more. So if you're going to be fucking drunk or have a wet city tour, find a brown tavern. But if you want to have a tasting experience in cocktails and meet a bartender who knows what they're talking about and uses good ingredients. Then Barstar is the place.
