We were welcomed when we arrived, quickly shown to a table, easy to order, very service-minded and smiling staff, wow how fast it was to get the drinks, the appetizers, and the Sushi, everything was freshly made, the hot dishes were also perfect, the premises and toilets were top notch. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic! My boyfriend and I are always there, at least once a month. The service is good and fast. If you just want to try, you might be lucky and get in.

Thank you so much for a really nice lunch at Aji Sushi. We felt that you were always ready to help, and that was a big plus from here. The food was really good. We liked that your place has some things that you don't see at other sushi places, including the sushi that looks like a waffle ice cream in design, and onigiri. What we missed in terms of the food was that on your tablet you couldn't see the dips you could get. We also just missed a small form of dessert to finish the meal with, like your competitors have. Your sushi itself tasted fantastic and was very fresh, nice to eat. We say thank you very much for your lovely food and really good service, see you again soon.

Really good and fresh sushi with new things on the menu that I haven't seen anywhere else in Roskilde yet. Really good service that happily gave us chili mayo and teriyaki sauce free of charge.

This is my favorite sushi spot - and a great reason to visit Roskilde now and then! The sushi is always fresh and delicious, with consistently high quality. There’s a good variety to choose from, so it never gets boring. On top of that, the service is always super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
