Delicious food and very service minded waitering

Really good experience at Basso Aarhus - the menu was full of flavor and the service was fantastic. The staff were very attentive and the food arrived at just the right pace. Everything was perfect.

Basso used to be a place used as a reference when talking about social dining in Aarhus. Unfortunately, it has become a disappointing experience, where the price and the product no longer match. The food has become mediocre, with a few exceptions. The portions of the good dishes have become smaller. The service has almost disappeared. You have to look for a long time for the Italian angle, especially when you can't even serve a simple pesto pasta. I personally reviewed the Basso 5 out of 5 3 years ago, but it seems most of all now, like a used concept that is just being milked for money.

Good service and atmosphere. On the other hand, the food was a little disappointing. The pasta for the main course was decidedly bad, which of course does not suit an Italian restaurant.

10/10, not a single negative thing about it. Great service, lots of info about the food, great tasting food, fresh menu so you can visit multiple times and not get bored, good location, good athmosphere, good price. The only way I could recommend it more if it was for free 😆🍻

We had their 13 course Sunday tasting Super good food, and good flow in when it arrived, with a good explanation of the food. The only minus was some drunk Dutch people who made a lot of noise, but there was nothing the waiters could do, and that when you try and pay, ask for a tip

Had an absolutely amazing dinner here for a large group booking. We had the 10-serving 'social dining' set menu with open bar, and we were so impressed. It was all delicious with impeccable and friendly service. Adjustments were also made for dietary requirements/allergies. Strongly recommended!

Second time we ate there. Absolutely fantastic as usual, and Lærke just added a few extra stars😃
