Berry & Bean Aarhus

Have used kaffeMekka and now berrybean for green coffee beans for several years. They have a nice selection and their prices are competitive with foreign webshops. They only have Arabica coffee beans, previously you could also get a few Robusta coffee beans, but unfortunately that is no longer in the range. I usually get the beans sent even though I live in Aarhus. The shop itself has always been in an industrial building that is nicely decorated and it is mainly possible to see various coffee equipment they sell. They seem professional and I have never had problems with an order.

I had a very positive experience with this company. I had an issue with the part that is broken and I ordered it and contacted them and told them that I need it urgently. If possible please could they ship it out the same day I understand that they have a lot of orders and I was helped and they shipped it out or at least prepared it for shipping within 30 minutes and Michael sent me the tracking number and then it was shipped out that evening by GLS once GLS received it it was delivered the next day I can’t stay no more how powerful this response is. Customer service is very important in today’s day and age, considering a lot of companies have very bad reviews regarding this matter, but Berry & Bean have proven otherwise. I wish them all the success and I will be shopping with them until the future.
