We are visiting Aarhus and had to try it. The lemon and yogurt roll... Delicious and looking forward to trying others. The payment system for those of us from outside the town, a bit complicated. Despite this, totally recommendable.

This bakery is exceptional. It is my favourite bakery in Denmark and one of my top five in the world. Staff are wonderful. The self-service selection and payment system works brilliantly. We tried in total seven different things and all were fantastic. My favourite was the roll with whipped butter- brilliantly executed. I usually prefer savoury things, however , the pumpkin seed croissant with seasonal jam filling was one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten My partner is a pain au chocolate and pain suisse enthusiast and declared both of these sublime here. If you are making a special trip buy a few things walk around the block and then return to see what’s new in the window. I highly recommend Visiting early. I’m still dreaming about those wonderful rolls with whipped butter. Thank you so much

Wonderful pastries, especially the pumpkin seed croissant 🤌🏼 Better get there early, often sold out in the afternoon.

The best baked goods we ate during our entire stay in Denmark, and also some of the best ever! 💛 A place with an amazing atmosphere and an unusual concept - you can watch the bakers at work, see the bread rising. The buying process itself is very unusual and, in my opinion, unique - I pack the selected baked goods into paper bags myself, and then scan them at the self-service checkout. We were there first thing in the morning and there were plenty of baked goods! Taste and freshness? You can see it from the photos themselves. We chose two sweet baked goods: lemon rolls and a double-baked pistachio-blueberry croissant, and savory rolls - all of them will remain in your memory for a long time! Fresh, real taste, in which you can feel the high quality ingredients and skills at a high level, the dough so crispy and buttery that you can melt 🥰

For me, it's the best bakery in Aarhus. I've tried all their products, and they're truly exquisite. The quality of the raw materials is excellent; everything is 100% organic. I highly recommend it.
