Expensive and messy department store.. Go to ICA"MAXI" supermarket; there you will see order, cleanliness and a large selection as well as good prices in a nice department store in many places in Sweden!

I had to get hold of three employees to get an answer to my question. The first one sent me in the wrong direction, the second one didn't speak Danish, but it helped a little to start the conversation in English, since the person in question wasn't in the department in question at all. Third time lucky, though, and the last employee I got to know was both friendly and helpful. Overall, Bilkaen suffers from having almost all the goods in stock, but that also means that no one knows enough about anything. In addition, it's almost a day's walk between potty huts and crispbread. Probably best for really big purchases.

I almost always have what I need and never queue at the self-service checkout.

Bilka is excellent. Occasionally you can be unlucky but generally a good place to shop as Bilka has almost everything.

Nice, clear center with good shops and of course "big" Bilka. Many nice places to have a cup of coffee!
