Fantastically delicious sushi place! 🍣✨
It was almost embarrassing because you simply couldn't stop eating all the delicious food, but when the quality is top-notch and every bite tastes fantastic, it's hard not to.
It's not without reason that it's Odder Murerservice's favorite sushi place. When even craftsmen with a sense of quality choose it again and again, you know that the level is truly exceptional. 🙌

I've been here regularly over the years, and I must say that they have developed in several directions in that time.
The latest redecoration is beautiful, and does something really nice for the experience. Good music.
Unfortunately, the quality of the sushi had gone down. The rice was dry / or undercooked. All the sushi was quite cold which is not so delicious, including two chicken sticks (they heat them in the microwave, I think it was a mistake). There was not much finesse to be found in the execution of the sushi.
I apologize to the kitchen that I didn't say that about the rice in the evening, it just seemed a bit pointless at the moment, as they seemed indifferent that the chicken was cold.

The waiting time has improved.
The sushi is significantly less nice now than before. There is much less fuss about the presentation and shaping of the rolls. Now the sushi is just like everything else in town. However, with more exciting rolls than many other places (their veggies are actually their best rolls).
The sushi was overall ok. Forgot a little here and there. Their flambéing was completely off the mark, however. The salmon looked like it had been cooked on one side, so both the taste and consistency were quite poor. Both the salmon tataki and the flambé looked like this (I think their burner has been too cold, and therefore has boiled/cooked rather than burned). The dessert has been like everywhere else - a panna cotta with sauce on it. In this case, not so well hit in consistency and taste.
The premises and drinks are still cozy, but I doubt we will bother to give them more tries now.

Unusually long waiting time! The first round (half-large order) came after 45-60 minutes, when the restaurant was half empty. The second round (small order) also came after 50 minutes. There is something completely wrong with their division of labor - one waiter who was running around. Food that had been on the serving table was not served first. Other food was finished for a long time in production without even reaching the serving table.
The food was fine - a few mistakes in relation to the ordered quantity, missing pieces and wrong pieces. One board was floating (!) in garlic oil. The gyozas were so incredibly hot, and probably deep-fried and heated in a microwave.
However, the combinations of the rolls were very exciting and different from the other places in town. It is just a terrible shame that the atmosphere and the service make the overall experience so average.

Still good and beautiful sushi. But still unusually long waiting time - this time not for the sushi but for the drinks. Their Hamburg drink is really good, but it is a long time to wait half an hour for it.
The rice was very diverse this time. The first portion was completely tasteless, one portion was undercooked, the last portion was too salty. It doesn't quite add up with such a large variance.
Exciting that you can build your own roll. I was told the ice cream was licorice - it was cocoa flavor 😅 still good, but still many small things that can be fixed.

Really good sushi! Beautifully decorated :) delicious drinks at a good price, really good (and large) desserts.
The only small minus was that the preparation took a very, very long time. Clearly at the top of sushi places in town - especially when the little things are just being fine-tuned 👌🏻

Super nice sushi - and especially for the price. Minus 30% is a strong concept for take away! 👏
One area for improvement: get the ordering process and time under control. We ordered for pickup at 7pm which was confirmed for 8pm (!) I was there at 8pm and was told the food would be ready in 10 minutes. It was then 8:20pm... it's a big difference when the website allows you to choose 7pm.
That said, it was a lovely experience and we will definitely order again.

I really liked the place; there is a wide variety of dishes, all delicious. One of the advantages is that you can get all the sushi on the menu and pay all-inclusive, where drinks are extra. Overall, the atmosphere is nice and cozy. The only downside is the parking; you have to find it in advance and maybe another place to get to the cafe on foot, but it is manageable. If you are looking for something new and delicious, I can definitely recommend it!

Always nice to come by, I think I've been there at least 13 times. There is an offer called ad libitum sushi +ad libitum soda +water (or alcohol), but it's not shown on the menu, so ask about it!
Unfortunately I only have a few pictures from the last 2 times, as the rest are further back.
I've been there for both lunch and dinner.

The acoustics are really bad, we were a table of 3 who had difficulty hearing each other. And when the wait for our orders took a really long time, it quickly became tiring.
Overall an okay dinner. But you were in doubt several times whether you would get what you had ordered, as it came very scattered, if you had now written that the food would come continuously then it was more manageable. But we sat several times and were in doubt whether we would get our food at all.
Even for dessert, only half of our desserts could come together. The rest we had to “order” again to get the rest.
The service was nice and polite when we arrived, after that it became very indifferent, we as guests were just there. In until we had to pay and leave
