Wow, the sushi was amazing. The servers were incredibly nice and the overall impression was really good. I really liked their design of the restaurant as well. The only reason I give them 4 instead of 5 stars, is because of the waiting time. Especially the first serving took quite a while, and after an hour we had only gotten two servings - where one of them was with (presumably already-made) starters. There was a bit of waiting time for the rest of the servings as well, but that was a lot less. Luckily, the taste was amazing, but especially in the beginning that was also a bit frustrating as we were really hungry. But overall, we will definitely be coming back. They had some pieces with duck that made all the wait worth it and their cooks seem to really understand flavours and quality. Further, the price for everything (drinks included!) was very good!

The food was awesome! We sat outside at a streetside table and enjoyed the summer at the same time. Awesome! Highly recommend!

The food was very delicious and fresh, the appetizers and sushi were delicious, the grilled salmon and yakitori were highly recommended. The desserts were also delicious 😋

We had a really nice experience at Bluefin Sushi. The premises are beautiful and inviting, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food came quickly. The sushi was flavorful and fresh, and there was a good control over both presentation and flavor balance. We got drinks with the food, which went well – both tasty and nicely served. All in all, a place we would like to visit again.

The food was good, but unfortunately there was a little over an hour wait for our first round of sushi in ad libitum. Unfortunate now when the food was good.

Really delicious food, lovely freshly made sushi and a large selection. But we waited a LONG time for the food. Got our food before we got our drinks and they forgot to serve one dish. Got it right away when we pointed it out. The waiter often started cleaning up and getting ready to wash dishes even though there were dishes on the counter ready to be served. The food is definitely 5/5 but it's a bit of a shame that the service is so slow - as if the kitchen can't keep up which is a shame because the food is really good and the atmosphere is also nice.

Overordnet god oplevelse med lækker mad. Både starters og sushi smagte godt og der er stort udvalg. Vi besøgte restauranten på en fredag aften, hvor der var fulgt hus. Grundet dette var restauranten travl og vi oplevede dermed en lang ventetid. Vi ventede ca. 45 min på de starters vi havde bestilt og grundet travlheden havde køkkenet glemt nogle af de ting vi havde bestilt. Udover dette var det største problemet ifølge os akustikken i restauranten. Der var så meget støj derinde, at vi tog os selv i at tale meget højt for at kunne høre hinanden. Det giver relativt mening at der er mere støj når en restaurant er fyldt, men det har vi også oplevet andre steder, hvor lydniveau ikke havde så stor betydning/effekt. Jeg tror derfor det er rummets akustik/layout og måske ville akustikplader hjælpe. Ellers var maden rigtig god og personalet var søde og serviceminded. For eksempel var personalet gode til at beklage ventetiden. Jeg kan godt anbefale stedet trods overnævnte ulemper da det alt i alt var lækker mad og god service.

Fantastisk sushi og det skønneste personale. Meget hurtig service og følte mig rigtig godt behnadlet. Vores bedste sushi oplevelse i Århus og vi har efterhånden prøvet dem alle.
