09/12/2024: Massively hit-or-miss. Often enough you'll get your food and it's fine. But I've once experienced not getting my food for over an hour (!). And another time I've had the same thing given to me twice. So it's massively dependent on who's working on the day, I'm gathering. It's always almost completely empty. You can order via the usual web portals but again, hit-or-miss as to whether you get your food on time, or you're waiting for over an hour on a cancellation. It's a shame, because sometimes I prefer the food to the other chain restaurant.

03/11/2024: Good service, polite staff, the food was really good
