Bones Randers Randers

Well, now you have had a good two weeks to respond to the email I sent you and since I have not received a response, you will get a review based on this. We went to Randers on July 29th to pick up takeaway. I know that I get a 10% discount with my veteran card in the restaurant and ask Take Away if it also applies there. Which I am told that it does not. I accept that, it is also only a discount of 40 kr., I can live with that. But I take a look at veterankortet.dk when I get home and it says that it applies to both the restaurant and Take Away. I inform Bones about this by email, so that they can have it corrected on veterankortet.dk, or inform their employees if it was they who were wrong. As written, it is a good two weeks since I made them aware of this and I have heard nothing since. Therefore only 2 stars for the service. Regarding. The food, all the meat was super cooked and tasted good, but both the baked potatoes and fries were very boring, cold and way too salty.

Bones – an experience. American atmosphere, delicious food, and reasonable prices, especially at lunchtime. Very tasty spare ribs and burgers, but also the steaks. Soft serve ice cream, all-you-can-drink, and a salad bar that's overflowing. We visit at least one Bones restaurant every vacation, simply because it's so good and affordable for five people at around €60.

It's the absolute best Bones in the country.. No matter how busy they are, the service is top notch. The food is well prepared. It's clean and tidy. They have the most wonderful staff who ALWAYS have a smile on their face - and even better, they seem to get along really well with each other..

Expensive, but good atmosphere and fantastic food!

It's really strange that the entrance is not where it looks like an entrance area from the outside, it's relevant when you come by for the first time and have people with walking difficulties in the group and they now have to walk much further than necessary. As a little bonus to that challenge, the toilets are on the first floor. The food was fine for a Bone's. Missing an option for the very little ones. Which are not crayons.

Everything is way too expensive....you can't even get a glass as a gift😞 But you can afford to pay for a carafe of water for 29 kr😠😞

We arrived half an hour early and got a table anyway. We got a nice shady spot outside on the terrace (it was a very hot day). It took a while before we got our food, about 45 minutes (hence 4 stars), - that was the only downside. Good service and lovely food

The food was good, but the soft ice cream had run out and had to be told twice before it was made. The toilet paper was missing. The atmosphere among the staff seemed a bit tense Not a place I want to go to again. And we are very often at Bone's

Sweet and smiling reception. Good patience with us who have not tried ordering that way before. Delicious food and plenty of it. Reasonable price. Thanks for this time. See you again for sure.
