Excellent sandwiches with quality ingredients throughout. Will definitely be back.

New place in town, cool to try, good atmosphere, however no music in the room we were in, it was unfortunately out of order. But otherwise definitely worth a visit.

I've already visited Boule a few times since they opened, and it's been just as good every time. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the place is perfect for a good bite to eat or for a beer and drinks and raffle. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic evening at Boule - the premises have been beautifully renovated and the mood of the service, kitchen and guests was high! We had: Green olives, good bread, whipped butter with ramsons. French fries that others can only dream of getting as crispy. Crudo on whitefish with lime, grape, chili and yoghurt. Cacio e Pepe beans (verrrry nice) Fresh vegetables from the market. Simply with salat, lemon and good olive oil. They have Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri on tap like so many other good places in town - but have nevertheless sharpened the selection here with some slightly different varieties than the usual. Very well chosen! We also had Spritz which was a bit thin for my taste, but refreshing. Riesling by the glass and the Italian orange were winners! Spätburgunder by the glass also went extremely well with our beans. I look forward to coming back for a beer, a glass and a snack or two!
