Brasserie Aqua Norddjurs

The restaurant wants to appear better than the quality is - they try, but they are not up to the task - average, but still delicious, food at too high prices. What also drags down is the glass plague on the glasses, tables that tilt and cutlery placed in a jar instead of being laid out neatly.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, the prices are high compared to the quality, which we found to be average. We chose a 7-course menu, but were disappointed as the portions were very small – so small that it felt misleading to call them “meals”. The beetroot tartare sounded fancy on the menu, but was actually just raw beetroot strips.
