It's one of those places where you go in with expectations – and leave even happier than you thought possible. The service is always fantastic. You feel seen, heard and taken care of from the first second. No matter who you meet in the restaurant, you are greeted with smiles, warmth and a professionalism that is rarely experienced today. There is a calmness, a pride and a culture of hospitality that makes you relax and just enjoy. The food? Always spot on. Classics that are sitting right in the cupboard, and dishes that elevate the experience to something reminiscent of a little journey. Every single time, the ingredients are fresh, the flavors precise and the presentation elegant without being pretentious. You can feel the passion in the kitchen. And the wines… Here it gets almost dangerous. The selection is not just good – it is curated. There is knowledge, curiosity and personality behind every bottle. I was once told a little story about a producer who once made a very special cuvée because he refused to sell his best grapes to his neighbor... and when you taste the wine, you understand why. Little stories like that make the evening even better - and the employees know them all! Their professional level is extremely high, regardless of whether you ask about grapes, food, technique or recommendations. It is rare to experience a place where all the employees are so knowledgeable and dedicated. Brasserie Braum is one of those places that doesn't just deliver - they surpass every single time. Super cozy place and fantastic tapas they serve.

Always a fantastic experience to come here. Good and service-minded staff who have really good knowledge about the many different wines you can choose from. We chose the very large tapas with fish dish and here too there was no hesitation when it was presented. It is incredibly tasty and they have selected some special products. You sit a little close but it is super cozy. I love the concept that all wines can be bought by the glass and not necessarily a whole bottle. You are always allowed to taste before deciding whether it is the right choice. Can only recommend this place both for eating or cozying up with a glass of wine.

Very satisfied with everything, good experience and super cozy place

Was here for a lecture on wills etc. Tapas were great, however the prices of drinks were sky high. We were seated way too close together, but I think that was due to the event itself, the staff were friendly and efficient. We will come back and see what they have to offer on a regular weekday evening.

Jeg / vi spiser meget ude og jeg må indrømme at den betjening vi fik hører til sjældenhederne , hvilken competence fra tjenerne samt opmærksomhed / smil .. Så stor ros for det..
