Really good atmosphere and nice employees. The cheese on the charcuterie board had very dry edges though

Vi holdte vores datters konfirmation hos Baum. Super dejligt sted. Fin udsigt over åen. Lækker tapas buffet. Personalet havde fuldstændig styr på det hele. Vi var i trygge hænder hele eftermiddagen og aftenen. Kan klart anbefales.

Got tapas but constantly lacked bread and butter and water. There was a lack of water all the time, it's not okay to have to ask for everything all the time.

I do not give 5 points away easily, if ever, but Brasserie Baum and its staff certainly deserve full marks. Staff is genuinely welcoming, knowledgeable, competent and charming - the food is above excellent in flavours, preparation and presentation - and the wine - oh, the wine - which you may taste by the glass, even the very very expensive ones! Wine lovers are in heaven here! Location is great as well, right by a small stream, right in the middle of Køge - a charming place, it is!
