Burger King Roskilde

Fantastic experience! I visited Burger King recently and I am really impressed. The food was freshly prepared and tasted fantastic – especially their Whopper and crispy fries. The staff were friendly and the service was quick and efficient even though it was busy. The restaurant was clean and cozy, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious and quick bite to eat. Thank you for a good experience!

Typical fast-food place. Good dine in and out. Drive trough is okay. Parking is alright, could be a bigger lot, quite cramped. Staff is nice. Burgers are sometimes really nice the other time smashed, depends on the rush probably... And for some reason their chicken burgers make me feel sick/gassy.

Very good, tasty hamburger, just leaves something to be desired in terms of price. Not very friendly employees.

I like a Wopper menu, but I am bothered by the fact that music is often played in this place both in the restaurant and in the kitchen at the same time.

As a Burger King can be expected to be, nothing wonderful, not bad, just quick and quite nice and well made junk food. The service is friendly, welcoming, smiling and helpful. And then, like at all other fast food restaurants, they have some nice and clean toilets! Speak for it... 😊

Visited Burger King Roskilde on 17-10-2024 around 2 pm. As always, we used coupons via the Burger King app. Unfortunately, none of us likes ice in our soft drinks, but when you use Deals you can't opt ​​out of the ice. Therefore, shortly after ordering, I had to contact the staff. Caught hold of a woman whose sign said something like 'shift manager', the name was unfortunately not that clear to me. She didn't seem more welcoming and in the short time it took me to go from the ordering terminal to the till had already made a soft drink, with ice! Politely asked for soda without ice on my order and showed the receipt from the machine. I got that - on the first order, but she just had to stare me in the eyes while she just poured out the soda. The next order was ordered and I had to turn again to avoid the ice cream. This time I got a snarky answer, and definitely not customer service minded... I stood in line and when I got to I showed my receipt and said I would like to ask for ice cream on this one too, here she snarled 'yes you have to give me a number, I can't see what it is about if' well excuse me! But the receipt is RIGHT HERE!!!! And guess what, there was sour ice in my soda when I got my food! On the 3rd order we were luckily served by someone else!!!! A super helpful guy who took the time to show us how to remove the ice from your order at the terminal, and here had to take it further that you can't remove the ice from your drinks when you order Deals!!! We'll take it and drive a little further another time and visit another fast food restaurant than Burger King Roskilde...
