Mostly just ok… half small, half boring, half dull, but ok.

Pretty much the same experience as last time, and their other locations actually.
Spicy bbq chicken. Difficult to eat because the chicken is so tall - it would be smarter with a fatter version.
The bun was slightly burnt. Weird greyish chicken, unfortunately with some pieces of cartilage. As others write, all meat comes directly from frost to the grill/golden well.
The sauce certainly didn't seem like jalapeno either in appearance or taste, but rather a chili mayo. Ok, but again, not much food for the money. Luckily this was a sweet deal - I wouldn't pay full price for a burger from here again.
The one at work was super fresh and nice, good service, the other looked somewhat stressed and didn't have much energy for anything.
