Small mediocre restaurant, fairly decent sushi, their so-called chili mayo had nothing to do with mayo, it was thin and made from some sour milk product, probably sour cream.
The chopsticks were of such poor quality that I considered using my fingers instead.

We were a family of 5 who had the all you can eat sushi lunch deal. The sushi was fresh and very tasty and was rolled and cooked to order. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the prices are quite reasonable. Definitely recommendable!

We are told it is 10-20 minutes late because the delivery guy has car problems, it turns out to be an hour instead, without further notice. When it arrives it is really boring (enough of being in a car for an hour) and looked like it was just sloshed down in the box, on top of ginger and wasabi and sliding around. And the worst thing was that half of the delivery is so that it cannot be eaten because the entire order is a special order due to allergies. Even though it should be open for 40 more minutes you are just sent to voicemail when you call to either fix the error or get your money back. The delivery guy was also quite rude, we had to pick up the food ourselves in his car he doesn't even get out and give it to you.
They were not contactable until the next day, when they deny that there was a mistake and stop returning after I sent a picture of the order at their request.
After that bad experience I have not been interested in buying there again.
Update:
After a really good experience at Cafe Krone sushi which Byens sushi refers to on their website I decided to give Byens sushi another chance and ordered sushi for delivery.
I clearly write which things are not allowed in the food and the order is confirmed for delivery about half an hour later, but when we get there we get a call and are told that it is an hour late, this time it comes only a little later than what they say it is delayed for and the food is made deliciously and so that we can both tolerate eating it, you can see they have been busy, but this time it tasted really good. We also got extra chili mayo and soda due to the delay.
So despite the delay, the latest experience has changed my review of the place, they now only get 3 stars for service because even though they made up for the delay this time, I think it was really bad never hearing back from them after we received food I could have ended up in danger of death by eating if I had not discovered that they had not made it specifically as we ordered it.
