Good food, smiling staff and good service.

We had a nice meal at the restaurant with friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. The food was simple and reminiscent of typical cafeteria food. The portions were nice but quite bland. It may not be the place you visit for gastronomic surprises, but the prices are also on the low end. So you get what you pay for. The courtyard may not be that exciting, but inside it looks really nice and stylish.

The slight annoyance that I have to write this is not a criticism. My mother and I have been coming to the café for many years, and when we have eaten in the restaurant, the food has usually lived up to our expectations. On the other hand, there have often been problems when we have ordered food out. We usually order fish fillet, but what we got tonight was unfortunately disappointing. The fish fillet was overcooked, the salad consisted of only a small piece of tomato and some lettuce and cucumber, and the baked potatoes I had ordered were far too hard and tasted bad. After so many years as customers, we think that the restaurant should live up to their own standards better. After all, a chef would only serve food that he or she would eat - and we expect the same as customers: that the food is properly prepared and presented. We look forward to a better experience next time.
