22/01/2025: The food is incredibly good. We got miso soup, gyoza and various sushi. Futomaki Dyna Softshell Crab sushi tastes heavenly. However, service was very poor (were we just the "lucky" ones?). Don't know if the young lady had her first day at work or what, but she didn't quite know how to talk to the customer. We had to order several dishes continuously but it was difficult to catch the waiter again as she did not look in our direction at all. Finally I went to the bar/checkout and was still ignored by the other young waiter who was writing something on a piece of paper. Waited for several minutes without success. Was served by an older lady who came later (perhaps the owner). The wait for ordered food is long but worth it. Everything tastes fresh and incredibly good. The place is cozy and you have to book a table in advance if you want to be sure you'll get a seat, as the house is often full in the evenings at weekends.
