Great cafe at old street. Went for lunch. school holiday. After long day at library. I’m recomment here.

Small cafe by the river in Aarhus. Got a brunch plate called the one. It was kind of boring👎 It tasted excellent 👍 But for DKK 200, I expected it to be more exciting. Not something I want to come back for. The coffee was good 👍 The service was good 👍 But sat ok in their chairs 👍

Aarhus was quite booked in the places we checked. We have eaten at Faust before when we are in Aarhus. And....we'll probably get to that again. We were kindly ushered in, without a reservation. Was afraid of waiting for the food, but it came very quickly and was just sitting in the cupboard. 10 points from the Copenhageners. Avocado on toasted rye bread and poached eggs - highly recommended

This was most likely one of the best burgers I've had in ages! The staff is amazing and so attentive and smiling. Cafe Faust is situated at the cutest area by the water, and beautiful buildings.

Got a Faustburger. Probably the tastiest burger I've eaten in a long time. Delicious and crispy French fries with aioli were also just in the cupboard. My husband had the omelette, which was packed with crispy bacon, plenty of freshly baked bread and other goodies. Also super delicious. This place can definitely be recommended👍👍👍.

Very nice relaxed atmosphere. Excellent brunch with delicious bread, hot scrambled eggs served in a small pan. Really delicious, fresh smoothie with high flavor intensity. No problem getting extra bread. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Super lækker brunch vi fik serveret, alt var hj lavet, tilmed også deres brød som smagte helt vildt godt Fantastisk service fra personalet og ikke mindst beliggenheden

Me encanta el lugar. El personal es atento, lugar perfecto para la gente que mira y el glogg y donuts de manzana eran muy buenos y precio razonable. ¡Sin quejas! Muy recomendable!

02/03/2025: Tenía un paquete para una estancia de una noche y 5 platos de cena con vino. La comida era TAN buena y servida en el restaurante donde solo había 8 - 10 mesas tan mucho tiempo para pequeños - hablar con el personal. También los huéspedes habían reservado / fueron informados sobre su hora de llegada para la cena en el check-in en el hotel, por lo que la cocina tenía un buen flujo para cada mesa. El desayuno era delicioso también, incluyendo un montón de productos locales. Fue servido en la mesa por uno de los propietarios que también dio mucha información sobre qué ver en el barrio. ¿Regresaríamos? Definitivamente.

30/11/2024: They have amazing ice creams and for each season they change the flavour they offer. You can choose between a cone or a pot. Probably the best ice cream shop in Aarhus. It is a destination for high-quality desserts. Whether you are a local or a visitor, it is well worth the trip for a taste of happiness.
10/10/2024: Real gelato and they even have licorice flavored ice cream. Unique! Nice ice cream parlor with friendly service.
