Ideal for something to eat after visiting the Viking Museum. I personally recommend the chicken meatball sandwich. Simply delicious ingredients and delicious fresh bread. But I'm sure that everything else on the menu tastes very good too.

There was a dance, I didn't join in, but I had a good experience no one was nice and the music suited the beautiful dancing people and the whole atmosphere of the place. It looked like everyone was having a good time and good energy with smiles and talented dancers.

Food was nice, small menu but it seemed quality. No issue here. I really liked the ramsons sausages. Yet, on a busy summer day at the end of July at lunch time, service left some room for improvement. For instance, we stayed there a bit over an hour and I haven’t noticed anyone from the staff attempting to keep the tables clean. There’s a high turnover of customers. So, logically, tables become a bit dirty. The number of staff behind the counter appeared sufficient . So, some basic cleaning would’ve been more than welcome. Also, one would expect management to be able to foresee the high demand in cutlery at lunch time. 101 in how to run a highly frequented place. Yet, once you picked-up your order, you noticed they, temporarily, ran out of clean forks whereas there were several dozens of knives available… Small things, still it requires more than good food to get a perfect experience .

Nice restaurant near the museum with "new Nordic Viking" food. We ate a delicious pulled turkey and the kids had halibut.
