Café Satchmo Roskilde

Boring brunch platter. We were there one morning and had booked a table in advance. Scrambled eggs were made quickly at too high a heat and tasted of nothing. The so-called squash cake was spiced with the rest of Christmas nilleker and had not seen the shadow of squash. Hummus was boring and also tasteless. The only thing with taste was the bacon. The coffee was super delicious.

Exciting and very tasty dishes. The two of us chose a seven-course combination of various vegetarian delicacies and were very satisfied. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Review based on one visit. Small indoor space with poor ventilation and a tiny terrace where smoking is allowed. The food looked fresh but was mostly just plain greens and salads. Coffee was underwhelming, and the price was shocking: lunch for two adults and a 5-year-old came to 88€.

Cozy little place with good brunch, I chose purely vegetarian and was well-filled with 7 small dishes. The squash cake is especially recommended
