Café Sidewalk Aarhus

I was at the café for the first time on 3.5.25, and I think it was generally a good experience. Friendly staff and good food, which was invitingly presented and tasted good. The price was also fair. If you have hearing challenges and are sensitive to sound, like me, this is not a place to go. Despite the fact that we were given a corner to sit in, and I could sit with my back against a wall, it was not optimal.

Really a good experience! I had invited my mother out for brunch for Mother's Day, and had asked if they would leave a little note for her when we arrived. There was the nicest note, and combined with delicious food and a great atmosphere from the staff, it was a pure 5-star experience!👏🏻

The food tasted super good, but a little small dishes for the money. There is quite a difference in the size of the dishes even though you pay the same. You pay DKK 30 for a bowl of scrambled eggs, but also DKK 30 for one nugget. But super nice and sweet waiters

Our waitress was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We sat outside at a slightly shaky table, but we still enjoyed the ambience. The payment was made immediately after ordering because we were outside - but that was very charming. We had a SW burger, a smørebrød with laksrilette and fritters with thyme salt, truffle and chili mayo. The burger was very good, my bread was fresh and crispy on the crust, the salmon rilette was generous and tasted very good. Topped with parsley (great - at first I thought it was coriander, which I don't like at all) and a bit of cucumber salad, it was a real treat. But the fries were really great! Sooo delicious and totally crunchy, a real treat with the two dips. And I have to say that I'm not a fan of fries at all. I can really recommend the Sidewalk in Aarhus.

Nice location. Very central! Small menu, nothing special but nothing to complain about either. Prices within reasonable limits (Danish conditions)

Delicious food, delicious beer (IPA!), friendly service, what more could you want? Student vibe even though it's in the tourist corner. Not necessarily cheap, but that's the case everywhere ;)

We went in to try their 30 kroner per course brunch and we were not disappointed! Delicious small dishes, we each chose a little differently and then we shared a bread basket and a citrus carpaccio and it went well with the crowd. (There were 2 small slices of rye bread and 4 slices of flute in the bread basket) I'm going in there again 😋 Their crouqe madame is a must have

Brunch was really delicious and with a simple concept - each dish on the menu costs DKK 30, so we got a bit of everything (price does not apply to drinks). Especially the Waffle and Egg Benedict were good. Nice brunch experience, but we waited for almost 30 minutes before we could order. They claimed it was busy, but many of the seats inside were empty. One of the waiters had a bit of an attitude when we asked about plates When we arrived they didn't have enough menus so we had to look at our phones. A bit chaotic, but the food and price made up for it.

Cute little coffee with nice quick service. Small snacks are well done. Recommended for cozy sit.

Pasta with chicken and mushrooms was good!
