Cafe Viggo Aarhus

Had a fantastic lunch at Viggo. Definitely a place I want to visit again and again. I think it's clear that they put a lot of effort into the food. From the composition of the ingredients in their club sandwich, to the homemade remoulade to the good fries. It was all remarkably good 🙌 We eat out a lot, and a lot of places you leave thinking, I could have done that just as well at home. But this was a really, really good experience and something I'm looking forward to experiencing again 😄

Exquisite dinner and pleasant staff. We ordered a three-course meal with wine menu. The beef tartare was well-composed in flavor nuances and nicely presented. The beef roast was perfectly tender and delicious! Good desserts. The staff welcomed us and the service was very fluid. We were well looked after and are very satisfied with the visit. The wine menu went well with the dishes. The last stars in service would be in place with a presentation of the food and wine. Definitely worth a visit and a high recommendation for the pink beef roast as a main course

There was a very long wait after I got my food so we went up and asked where my father's food was and it turned out they had forgotten it so when his food finally came I had finished eating.

Typical above average cafe, price-wise. Nice food and service - but nothing to swoon over. A bit impersonal and indifferent - no worse or better than all other cafes in the same price range.

Good service, great location, everything is good.

Tried the steak on the menu — it was a below-average, lightweight cut, covered in an excessive amount of black pepper and a rather coarse gravy that completely masked the steak’s natural flavor. The server didn’t check on me to see if I needed anything at all. Not worth the $$
