The food is ok. But the staff is uninformed and very arrogant. First comes with too few cups. Of course goes after the last ones when he is made aware of it. Quite ok. But when he comes back I informed him that there was a cup that was dirty on the inside. He doesn't understand that it is necessary. Whereupon he snorts as he goes for a new one. Therefore only three stars solely based on the food we had ordered.

Better than competitors. A bit long wait time during peak periods

Probably as good as a burger joint in Bilka gets.

A Carl's Junior in a Bilka is probably not the most atmospheric place, nevertheless the service was good and we had a dinner that is on par with other fast food restaurants.

Ok food for the price. A little flat service, as there were not many people present. There was quite a lot of noise due to the merger with the centre. A bit of a shame they don't have their own toilet, so you have to use the bistro's.

Came in and forgot my wallet and they don't take mobile pay but will help pay and have waited for 2 minutes and then the food comes in can't say anything else it's good service

Ok burger bar and slightly better alternative to McD. Sometimes good deals.

Nice and clean and good friendly service

Positive surprise, all food fresh and soda refills. Super good service from the staff and even if there is a wait for the food, it is worth the wait. However, their new policy of only giving a quarter of a cup of dip for 5 chicken tenders which cost 75 kroner means that I will not come again. I have just ordered food for DKK 335 for the family, I go and ask if it is a mistake that it is only 25% full, where they tell me that they can only give 25 grams of dip. If carls junior wants to save on dip, fine. Will never come again. Then I choose sunset or burger king on the other side of the road.

The food is good, but their chicken tenders are getting less and less wack
