Really good lunch dish. Really good shrimp, bread, etc. Can be recommended hot.

We were at Carlton on Saturday 10/8 for lunch. We were served fantastically well and even though there was a small mistake, it was quickly corrected, so we absolutely could not be dissatisfied. Can only recommend Carlton if you want to enjoy your company without any worries and at the same time eat really good food in the center of Aarhus.

Buena comida y buen servicio. Pedimos un plato de mejillones con patatas fritas y pescado del día (pescado blanco - posiblemente bacalao) que venía con verduras variadas (brócoli / guisantes / apio) y patatas nuevas. Añada una copa de vino y una cerveza y la factura era de 650 coronas Danesas. Esta era buena comida sin ser especial pero el servicio y el ambiente eran buenos

Really nice restaurant. Good service. Good explanation regarding the menu. Is in really good surroundings. Not the last time I come here.

Besøgte Carlton med konen. Meget god mad, og en perfekt betjening. Der var en smule travlt, pga. selskab, men alligevel var tjenerne meget nærværende. Helt klart et besøg værd.

We had a family dinner at this fine restaurant, which is why I have omitted pictures. The restaurant was so beautiful and cozy, preserved in an older style. The staff was super competent, and knew everything about the food that was served, and was super well-oriented in wines and thus the right recommendations. The acoustics in the restaurant are unfortunately not that good, and it is probably because the place has been preserved in its original style, and thus there are no modern sound acoustic materials. A group of men were so noisy that we could not talk, but the staff in the restaurant quickly started to quiet them down. It is definitely worth visiting this place!
