This is our favourite chinese buffet restaurant in the Aarhus area, large selection of the kind of food you would expect, we never experienced any problems with the quality and staff is friendly and courteous. Great with kids...

We celebrated my sister's 50th birthday on 3/10-25 and there were 10 people in the party. I have never experienced such a delicious and inviting buffet with something for everyone! I am gluten intolerant and don't eat meat, but there were still plenty of options to get really good food. I even ate Mongolian BBQ and sushi and everything was fresh and delicious. The service was top notch and meant a lot to us having a fantastic evening. The restaurant was really nice and clean and the buffet was always full. A huge recommendation from here and I'm already looking forward to my next visit ⭐️

Nice food, nice service, friendly staff. Bordering on being a 'hidden gem'. I can't quite define what, but it actually felt like a little corner of China in some way 👍😀

China Palace is a classic "China buffet" place, with all the good and bad that comes with it. The food is more than good quality considering it's a buffet. They also make sushi, Mongolian BBQ and coffee/ice dessert which is part of their buffet deal, so you don't have to live on noodles and fried chicken only. The facilities are really nice, there is a good "China" vibe from various decorations and furnishings. All in all a really nice place to eat, where there are also too good to go bags to pick up every evening where you can fill up the leftovers from the buffet as you wish.

Folkehuset Vestervang

27/08/2025: Vestervang is a Folkested, where many different things happen. There is a group for women and a group for men. There are lectures, films, banco games, readings, watercolor painting, knitting club and several other things. Some things are free and others cost a little to attend. The café is well visited, there is delicious food and good coffee at reasonable prices.
13/07/2025: Der sker mange interessante ting på Lokalcenter Vestervang. Der er suppeaftener en gang om måneden i vinterhalvåret. Man kan dagligt købe varm mad og kaffe. Der i øvrigt mange arrangementer: foredrag, vinsmagning mm. Til nogle af arrangementerne er det nødvendigt at købe billet. Prøv at gå ind på hjemmesiden og se efter de aktuelle aktiviteter.

Miyagi Sushi

03/11/2025: Miyagi Sushi is a nice and cozy little place. Their sushi is good and varied. You order from the table via your mobile and there is no significant waiting time. It works. The interior is with dim lighting, stylish and neat. Mr. Miyagi adorns the wall well and otherwise there is nothing that disturbs the impression. And then there is a really good acoustics, so you can actually hear what the others around the table are saying. There is good service, although it can be busy, even on a Sunday evening, when we were there (last time). Table reservations are recommended 😁
26/10/2025: Another fantastic evening at Miyagi Sushi, where there is always a cozy and good atmosphere 🤩 There is a fantastic and extremely helpful service and not least the quality of the ingredients is top notch👌 They serve truly fantastic and delicious Sushi in all varieties. Can only be recommended from here and I would gladly make the trip from Thy to Aarhus again
