Very nice location with beautiful view. Excellent facilities. Perfect for conferences and seminars. Some of the friendliest and most accommodating hotel staff I’ve experienced in Denmark - everyone from the reception, restaurant, cleaning, bar and conference staff were so friendly and willing to help.

I want to start by writing that my rating is based on a visit to the restaurant and not an overnight stay. The place was nice, clean, and the service was top notch. The style was modern and there was plenty of space between the tables. The food tasted great, was served at a good pace, where you didn't sit and wait too long. The waiters were attentive and present without being intrusive. All in all a good experience.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel on New Year's Eve. The staff were very kind, the hotel was clean and stylish, the light displays were beautiful, and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. Wishing you a happy new year!

We enjoyed our stay! Staff were amazing and helpful especially the ones that worked at the breakfast hall and breakfast time. Ample space for free car park. FYI- They do not accept payment in cash in the hours betwest 10 pm and 6 am, during this time is it only possible to pay with creditcard or gift vouchers. According to them,this is in reference to the Danish Law regarding cash payments from 1st of January 2018. Breakfast:Great varieties of things to choose,even smoked raw salmon,ginger shots and whiskey shots. Few new things were also added each new day. Great location and great value for money. Easy check out. You can drop off the key in the box stand and avoid queue. We could have given 5 stars but the 4 stars was because of the minor mistakes.1) We booked room for 3 people and the lady at receptionist checked us into a room for 2 people. I had to return back to the reception and tell her and she said if we can leave the room and return in 10mins so that she can bring the extra bed in because she can’t do it with us inside. Since it was late night that we arrived and we were tired,I said that we can’t leave the room because we are tired but she can bring the bed,leave it at our door and I can fix it personally following her direction. At the end she came in and fixed the small bed for my mum. The bed made lots of noise at night whenever my mum turns on it. 2) the shower gel was almost finished. I had to tell the new lady at the receptionist about it . To which they refilled. I call them minor mistakes because it can happen and during the whole thing, the communication was respectful and mistakes fixed. A big plus that we appreciated was when at the dinner in the breakfast hall,the staff agreed to warm up our food even though it wasn’t from the hotel. Thanks . And we appreciated the gym too. The Gym was well equipped with water and sanitizers also.
