Den Lille Kro Aarhus

What a cozy eatery decorated like our grandparents' home in the 1970s. The food at the top. We had roast pork and parsley sauce, but more old-fashioned classics can be found on the extensive menu. Skilled and friendly service completes the experience.

Århus dining week er denne fine kro med på. Det er en fin udfordring når man primært servere god dansk mad. Der var en fin opdeling mellem kroens gæster, dem på dining week og de andre. Der var styr på serveringen. Meget fint👍 Maden var rigtig god.

The vibe and service is good. But the star shot tasted like cooking the frozen meals sold in the supermarket. It might not be the case, but it sure tasted like that. Haven’t tried other courses.

Nice shooting star for me. Roast pork with everything for the other 10. That too was good. Sluggish serving even though there was a pre-order and sluggish filling.

Cozy place with Danish food. Paris steak very good, but the star shot consisted mostly of two large fish fillets, and sparingly with salmon and dressing... The kitchen closes at 9.30 p.m., but since we wanted to order dessert at 21, the chef had gone home, so this could not be done...

Very cozy Danish living room restaurant. Delicious food, we had a 3 course lunch with typical Danish bread, tasty spreads, herring with curry sauce, cod, patty with asparagus sauce, and a dessert of apples with some kind of whipped cream. Delicious food!!!

Den Lille Kro är en trevlig liten restaurang som ligger relativt högt på Tripadvisors ranking. Maten lever dock inte riktigt upp till den nivån t ex var Wienerschnitseln väldigt tjockt panerad och sedan hårt stekt så rätten fick ett tjockt hårt skal på en mycket tunn skiva kött. Den andra huvudrätten (har glömt namnet) hade en salig blandning av smaker som inte harmonierade, ett hopplöst segt bröd, en köttbit typ hamburgare som var hårdstekt (svart) på ytan och alldeles röd invändigt mm. Vi hade väntat oss bättre tillagad mat men miljön är trevlig och serveringen utmärkt.

10 out of 10. Very good Danish food. Good service and has a classic vibe for Danish culture in the restaurant.
