DHABA Kitchen Køge

A bit expensive but really delicious

Dhaba is a cosy, small Indian restaurant in the heart of Køge. I have visited Dhaba several times over the last few years and am very satisfied with the concept of their Tasting menu and ala carte. The restaurant's waiters are friendly and good at explaining what the tasting menu is about, what the dishes contain, which dishes are spicy, etc. The acoustics in the restaurant are not that good and it can therefore be difficult to talk together if there are many other guests in the restaurant. However, this has rarely been a problem when I have visited the Dhaba. I am very satisfied with their butter chicken and lamb dish and all their meat side dishes and biryani are also delicious. I will definitely visit the Dhaba again and give a total of 4 stars"

Dhaba is a small cozy restaurant down by the Køge å. I imagine that if you come there in the summer, the atmosphere can be a little more when you can sit outside, with a view of the stream. We ordered their tasting menu and thus we could order a lot of different small dishes. The concept is super appealing and the food really delicious. Service also good. Polite, nice young people. Nice place to eat - will definitely come back.
