Good place, the coffee and selection of cake and food is not as good as in the city, but the unique atmosphere makes it a little gem in Aarhus.

Love this place. Fabulous architecture throughout the city. Amazing food hall serving every kind of food imaginable. Really good parks and play equipment scattered around the place for children to play on. We even seen a field where dogs can run free

28/12/2024: Fantastic evening at Substance. Thank you for really good food and a nice relaxed atmosphere. The hosts took a lot of time to explain everything we got and extra nice chat. Just a few things that drag it down a bit. Why do you call it a juice menu when it is a cold tea menu? If in the kitchen you want to open the door to the toilets for the guests, you should probably just wash your hands before continuing to prepare the food. When you're wearing a plaster in the kitchen, why don't you wear a disposable glove? Apart from this it was a great evening and good experience, we would recommend to others...
