What a disgrace! What kind of world is this where we pay out of pocket and are humiliated like that? My disappointment, Downtown! I called and ordered food around 6:30 PM. I ordered three pizzas and a large box of fries. They said they were extremely busy and that my order would arrive in an hour. I said okay, but it arrived at 8:00 PM and it was cold. They also gave me the wrong pizza. I called to tell them this and a person who didn't understand Danish answered and asked me to wait a moment. He then passed me on to someone else to speak to. I explained the problem and he said they hadn't made a mistake and that the correct pizza had been delivered. I asked them if that meant I was lying. After we talked, he said, "Okay, I'll send you a new pizza, but in an hour." I told them, "No thanks. I don't want anything, and I won't order from your restaurant again."

The food from Downtown was absolutely delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The taste really stands out, and the quality is always consistent. Fast delivery and great service make the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!
