The whole thing was a bit relaxed, cozy place, but the food did not live up to the price. Slow serving by otherwise nice waiters

We were there for breakfast on a weekday and had the best Eggs Benedict we've tasted! I got a really delicious homemade lemonade with lemon, mint and ginger for the meal :)

07/02/2024: Cozy little place with a good selection of beers. However, it quickly becomes noisy in there due to the size of the room and the lack of materials that can dampen noise. Not very engaged staff behind the bar as he was very busy on his phone. So that there were some others who ordered chips and the like, very small portions, for min. DKK 35
04/12/2023: Small but super cozy place. Polite service and the option of tasting beer before ordering. Can be highly recommended.

Pondus

11/03/2024: A really nice place. We were curious to see if the reviews matched our experiences. And they did. The food was super delicious. The service was very accommodating. Pondus is definitely worth a visit
11/03/2024: Pondus is a hidden gem next to the canal in Aarhus. We loved it! The ”Bistro style place, specializes in farm to table with primarily organic/Danish ingredients. The tasting menu featured five courses all paired well with flavorful wines. The price is spot on with the service and quality of meal. The menu changes seasonally and the chef is accommodating for vegetarians and pescetareans. The standout appetizers and the braised free range pork belly and fried turbot tacos were outstanding! The service and knowledgeable staff really made the evening enjoyable. Pondus earns my five stars and glad to see a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
